The only reason I did not rate the question about the delivery driver is because I am not the one who receives the delivery from him but I'm positive he too would rate "Very Friendly". I have never experienced any negative feedback from anyone who I have had contact with there. When submitting my orders, Jason always acknowledges receipt and the turn around has always been in a timely manner. Thank you.

I have been doing business with Impressions since 2000. I take Impressions to every new job I have. The Impressions team has an excellent training program. My current person is Misty Faulkner, and she does an excellent job, but I know it's not just Misty—it's all the people in the various departments who make working with Impressions so easy and deliver quality work every time.

The staff was very helpful and understanding, and our books were printed very quickly. We love how they turned out! The colors were vibrant and the pages are great quality.
