My HP LaserJet home printer has been having a problem with the document feeder for several months, and it generally pulls in several sheets at a time. Not good. I've tried all the self-help options from an online search with no success. I had no part number, and HP want a year's support contract at $17 per month just to give me a part number. I really love this printer, from the quality of the print to the options and features. And I hate to just dump things in the landfill. After a Google search, I found Laser Imaging Inc, listed as The Printer Repair. I called and immediately got Travis, who was wonderful!! The closest repair person he could find to my location was in another state, so that wasn't an option. But Travis found me a part number and located it both Amazon and another online shop!! That was both kind and very, very nice. I'd highly recommend Laser Imaging, Inc., if you ever need repairs. Travis was the Service Manager, and I know that quality comes from the top on down. I suspect that if I'd had a nearby technician, they would have been terrific. Thanks and kudos to Travis and the company!

Excellent customer service, I’ve had a problem with my copier and talked about the problem. Service Technician called to confirm the problem and was at our office within 3 hours! Fixed and no problems since! Highly Recommended!!!
Travis at Laser Imaging is just an awesome, honest person. Twice now he has saved me money. First time was when my heavy HP printer/copier/scanner stopped printing properly. I brought it over and he diagnosed the problem as the machine needing a new expensive part (don’t remember name) and it was gonna cost me hundreds to fix. OR he said I could cut my losses and just buy a new one. That’s what I decided to do. I bought the brand he recommended (Brother) and loved it. Cheaper by hundreds of dollars than the HP and lighter yet with better reviews. Then I accidentally dropped something heavy on the Brother and cracked the control screen. It would no longer respond to my pressing commands on the screen. Called Travis again, and again he saved me about $150 by replacing my screen with one in his used copier “boneyard” and in ONE DAY I was back up and running. I am so impressed by Travis and recommend this company highly as long as Travis works there!
Never get responses from them to make a purchase. Seems like they only have one person in the office who manages it all. Emails do not get a response and we even saved boxes of empties for them and I kept telling the manger for over a month. Finally we threw them away and 2 weeks later someone happens to come in. There are plenty of companies that sell refurished toner not just Laser Imaging. Would love to give more business if customer service was up to par.
